Unity NDT is a for-profit social enterprise. We compete on quality, safety and price like any other inspection company. The difference is that our profits have a job to do: creating skilled careers for people who have been left out of them.

Where the profit goes
Training & certification
We pay for NDT courses, exam fees and the logged field hours trainees need to become certified technicians.
Real jobs
Trainees are employed on client work alongside experienced technicians, not in a classroom on their own.
Mentoring & support
Tickets, licences, PPE, travel, mentoring and the practical support that keeps people in work.
Community
A share of profit goes back into the communities where we live and work.
